To Our Valued Client,

We have observed that the ongoing challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic continue to come closer to home, your home, your vehicle, your life and your state of being. We recognize that during these challenging times you want and need a service provider who will not only continue to insure your risks, but also consider the impact of those risks on your livelihood and the well being of all. As a new world starts to emerge, your risk and your needs evolve alongside it and we have seen this in the rapid decline of vehicle usage which MUA has acknowledged will decrease your risk. Insuring the individual is at the heart of all the decisions we together with MUA make which is why MUA has agreed to a 15% premium refund on your insured motor vehicle(s) for the month of April 2020.

This premium refund of 15% will be calculated on your insured motor vehicle(s) for April 2020. If you are paying your premium monthly, the discount will be reflected in your May 2020 debit order. If you pay your premium annually, the refund will be offset against the next premium due with your policy renewal.

MUA Insurance Acceptances through the Telesure group not only understands the economic effect this has on their clients but on the country as a whole. The Telesure group has pledged a total of R320 million rand as follows:

  • R 50 million to the Solidarity Fund
  • R 200 million to the Feeding Scheme

  • R 70 million to Small Business targeting their own supply chain
